Land Master Planning/Land Use and Zoning
The first step in the development process should include a trade area analysis and evaluation of existing competition. This information is then used to create a land development plan for a specific property location. Once a market has been identified we then evaluate site topography, public utilities and infrastructure along with any potential public relation issues to evaluate the potential for creating a "profitable" land development plan. As needed, we can address issues needed for rezoning property.
